Nyzul still involves some luck

Between Salvage and Nyzul runs, I continue to do what I need to do build towards Burtgang.

Since I last wrote, I have moved into almost 30% of Alexandrite turned in, and I just crossed 100k in Nyzul tokens.

I have not gotten any new gear of note, although this morning I felt like doing something different. So I went to Sky with a Byakko pop set, somehow found my way to Byakko (how did we do it before? I dunno!) and got him to drop a N.Hands abjuration. I needed this because I have had a Hecatomb Gloves +1 sitting in my Mog House for some time, and I know that the -1 makes an easy synth ingredient to try for the HQ gloves for the i119 abjuration. I thought it would be worth more than a mil but unfortunately not according to AH history. Still, I purchased an Umbral Marrow, and recursed the gloves. I will have one of our crafters try to make these into Voodoo gloves and see if I can turn a tidy profit on them. More likely, however, I will have the base item for Lustratio Gloves for my PLD WS set.

No new things to speak of for Salvage, except that I am finally almost out of assault points. As of this morning, I have enough points to go on 4 more runs. Then it will be time to get those Assault logs filled out.

Nyzul Isle spent a good amount of time trolling me this morning. In two runs, it put me on floor 21, once on floor 41, and both times with 5 minutes remaining on floor 59. Both times I did not have enough time after completing floor 59 to go to floor 60.

Oh, and whomever decided that putting a smouldering lamp as a possibility of a +2 box appraisal....<grumble grumble>

But still, progress is progress.

Burtgang Progress:

8482/30000 Alexandrite
100204/150000 Nyzul Tokens

My plan the next few days is actually Nyzul isle spam. I will be chipping away at my token requirement while still having a (small) chance at some cool items. I wouldn't mind a Gyve Doublet like I have heard a few other people getting.

Progress update

I have completed more of the same in the past few days regarding my Mythic and Relic farming.

I was fortunate to have a double linen drop yesterday morning in SSR2. Unfortunately between both purses I only got 114 Alex.

That's the nature of the beast sometimes I know. Still I turned in over 300 Alex at the time so anytime I can put away 1% or better of the required Alexandrite then that's fine.

In the afternoon, I went on a couple of Nyzul runs and unfortunately did not get a whole lot of Alexandrite (I think like 17 only), but I continue to get 1k-2k tokens per run. The Amalric feet have helped in here as well, allowing me to sometimes one-shot the monsters with Subduction.

Solo I still set my destination to Floor 60 as I can reliably reach it pretty much every run. I may try another attempt at Floor 80 solo just to see if I can pull it off.

Yesterday I got to kill my first Reisenjima NM with a LS mate. We duo'd Selkit with trusts and although we did not succeed on the first attempt, we altered our strategy just a bit and succeeded on the second attempt. He wanted the Merlinic and offered me the Herculean, but neither dropped.

I did get some stones though and stored them in Norg for future use.

This morning I did some more VW with my LS mate who is working on his Almace i119. He is very close to having enough pouches and plates. He has spammed this event since the campaign started and has been dualboxing his brother's account. He offered me a trade if I were to farm VW and get some pouches and riftcinders that he would in exchange farm me two stacks of Alexandrite after the campaign. I think I am going to take him up on this offer, but before that I have to get my stratum abyssites up to level. Still, this could be fun to do with a stack or five of phase displacers. And perhaps I'll end up with Ogiers' stuff for some idle refresh on my PLD.

Burtgang Progress: 6430/30000 Alexandrite, and 79412/150000 Nyzul tokens

Aegis Progress: Stage 4 pending, 4/100 M. Silverpiece

I have decided to pretty much purchase every Silverpiece as I get the gil to do so. My wallet is pretty empty right now, but I know that having an Aegis in my inventory will enhance my versatility in parties but also while solo.

I do plan on seeing what I can do about Arch Dynamis Lord. I think that with my BLU if I were to get it up to the 1200 JP level, I could possibly use Azure Lore and SC it to the ground before it splits. Not only do I need Umbral Marrows for Aegis, but I also need them for uncursing a few +1 pieces I have.

In addition to farming Alexandrite, doing VW during campaign, and accruing currency, I also need to dedicate some time to CP. On BLU this is no problem. I plan on taking full advantage of Gain XP on Sunday to get some CP as well as capping sparks and accolades for more gil.

Amallllricccc

Another solid farming morning for me!

Thanks to a 2.5M spending spree, and an LS full of expert crafters, the first thing I did this morning was go to my dbox and see a pair of Vexed Nails in my delivery box. I had purchased the ingredients last night and asked a LS mate with the proper craft skill to synth them for me. I haven't seen him on to thank him yet, but will be sure to do so.

Gathering the materials myself saved me some gil as well which was quite nice.

So after taking them out, I hurried to San d'oria and uncursed them. I updated my equipment sets, got another fruit parfait with double duration, and then saw an announcement for Besieged.

It's been about 5 or 6 years since I did Besieged, so I said why not see what it's like at this item level.

A joke of course :) But that's understandable. Turns out there were three others in the zone doing what I was doing - marveling at what used to be and what it is now. It was over in 8 minutes with Gulool Ja Ja warping out. 9k imperial standing is still worth some gil if you turn it into imperial coins.

Then I remembered "Oh yeah I can augment these feet". So i went to Norg and bought 12 stacks of Eschalixir +1s (extra to throw into my two Psycloth pieces) and capped them for Path D.

Then I started my farming session.

I did AR2, SSR2, Neo Nyzul, SSR2, and another Neo Nyzul. My total Alex takedown was 550, with a linen purse in each run - including Neo Nyzul!

The Amalric Nails were just the piece I needed to add to my set. I had been using Manabyss Pigaches that I had received from the Ark Angel HM fight on Normal (not that I had been after them). Changing to Amalric increased my Subduction damage by 350, which was enough to kill triple gears in 3 casts instead of 4. The chariots in SSR2 now take about 6 casts instead of the old 8 (barring resists of course).

I have the most practice in SSR2 so I timed my entire run from start to finish. I farmed both sides of floor 3 for gears (although I am strongly considering just farming one side. I can likely shave 3 minutes off a run by doing this and I usually only get 6 Alex from either room), skipped the 2 single gear ramparts on floor 4, and cleared everything else (killing stuff on first three floors to clear pathos).

I finished in 23 minutes.

That's pretty solid in my book. This means if I get 125 Alex per run on average, I can get about 325 Alex per hour of Salvage.

I have considered this as a viable gil farming activity after I finish my mythic. Assuming the price of Alex stays at 6k or so, I can farm about 1.8 mil in 1 hour. Perhaps I can use that to fund my Aegis if I'm not too sick of Salvage by then.

What I also have been doing with Neo Nyzul are Records of Eminence tasks - particularly spoils, but also the variety of Unity vanquish enemy tasks.

I earned about 15k sparks and 20k accolades through all runs this morning. I deal a lot of damage in both events, so that's 1000 sparks each time I deal 500+ damage. I have used these for gil and after the dent Amalric Nails put in my wallet, I will now be able to focus on purchasing Bronze and Silver pieces for stage 5.

Burtgang Progress

5528/30000 Alexandrite turned in
68388/150000 Nyzul tokens
Eyepatch turned in

Speaking Aegis, last night I FINALLY got the Attestation I needed after 19 kills total.

I zoned in as blu/rdm and farmed two pop items, killed twice, and nothing.

Then a thief LS mate came in zone and we farmed two areas of Hydras for a pop item. One finally dropped.

Then he used his truck stick/TH button to force Goublefaupe to cough it up.

I turned the shield, attestation, and currency in last night for Stage 4.

Now it's Goldpiece or bust time. The long road begins for that.

Farming 2.0 plan

My plan is to farm Salvage and Nyzul during this month's campaign period and use the gil to buy Silverpieces from the AH. When I reach 70, I may ask for a 30 piece loan, but may also just keep buying until I have the necessary amount to make the Goldpiece.

Fun times ahead!

More farming and some CP - part x + 1

A fairly busy couple of days in FFXI has provided me some more progress in getting shiny things.

Salvage has been quite good to me. On Sunday night I finally got a NQ Linen purse in an SSR2 to go with the HQ Linen. That run netted me 228 Alex. I did about 4 or 5 other SSR2 runs for a normal amount of Alex.

Neo Nyzul I have went back to setting floor 60 as my destination as I still have not had enough luck to make it to floor 80. On a run yesterday morning I made it to the floor 40 and 60 bosses and each dropped a Cotton purse for me. One of the +2 boxes turned into a Linen, effectively making that single run just like Salvage.

Still no progress to report on my Aegis. I still have not been back to Beaucedine since I last wrote on Sunday.

This morning after an SSR2, another LS mate and I did a quick run of Aello (Voidwatch NM) because he is busy trying to upgrade his Almace to i119. He's making progress slowly but surely. We did not get any pouches unfortunately (but I did get two projectile Strophadic Earrings - /toss).

After that, we went to Escha Ru'Aun for some Khon pops. On kill #3, it finally dropped the Venerian Feet abjuration I need to get some Amalric Nails. I sent a message to one of the sacks in our LS in hopes he can synth the Vexed Nails for me. That's only gonna run me just under 3 mil in ingredients, but those feet will make my Salvage runs faster.

Burtgang Progress

4998/30000 Alexandrite (over 600 Alex/day since Sunday morning!)
65298/150000 Nyzul tokens

I also did some CP with a few LS mates in Escha - Zi'tah just for a break. Managed to earn 16 CP in about 45 minutes and threw them into my BLU set points.

I also have come a long way with my magic damage set, doing about 7.8k with Spectral Floe. This makes Solo CP quite viable for me.

So hopefully next time I can write how Amalric Nails have improved my Salvages.

The farming continues - part x

I have had quite a few success to report in the past 2 days and 3 mornings of farming for my relic and mythic.

I continue to do Salvage and Neo Nyzul daily. The campaign has continued to give me some good items. Most of the weapons and armor have gone to the NPC, the ground, the AMAN reclaimer, or for Bayld in Adoulin. I did receive an Impatiens from a ??? Box +1 and that is on the Auction House at the moment. If it does not sell it's no big deal I will make use of it. I'd rather have to gil to buy currency for stage 5.

Speaking of Aegis, I finished getting the necessary currency on Friday. Since then, I have tried to farm Goublefaupe for my needed Attestation of Invulnerability. First, I went as pld/rdm so I can just go right to the tower, farm the drop, and kill. I went 0/4 before having to log off.

Then I went back and killed it a few more times using the same method. 0/3 for a total of 0/7.

I also noticed it was sometimes taking a while to get the pop item. I know that only Hydra Red Mage, Paladin, or Warrior drop it. There's only a couple by Goublefaupe's tower so I usually have to run south past the Yagudo to find more. Then once I do get the pop item, I have to go back. I decided to bring my blu/thf and use powders and oils to avoid unnecessary aggro as best I could.

Another session of get the pop kill Goublefaupe commenced...and I went 0/8 for a total of 0/15.

I'm not too worried because I know it'll be a while before I have the necessary Goldpiece for stage 5.

Back to Salvage, I continue to do my daily Arrapago Remnants II for about 120-150 Alexandrite per run as well as 2-3 Silver Sea Remnants II. I timed myself this morning in SSR2. If I skip the first two ramparts on floor 4 (the ones that pop the single gears) and clear the rest in two pass throughs (I skip most of the ramparts so I can open the door and get the rampart that pops NQ Dvergr, then go back for the ramparts I had skipped), I can finish the entire zone in 30 minutes. That's not bad considering I am getting 100-130 on average from SSR2.

With Neo Nyzul, I have been setting my destination to floor 80. I have yet to make it up there solo as I have not had the right combination of luck with layouts or objectives. Usually I can hit a 20, 40 or 60 boss on the way up. In one run this morning, I had an order lamp floor that had the lamps spread very far away from each other. That ate up much of my time and forced me to leave without any boss kills.

On Saturday morning, I teamed up with three ls mates for some neo nyzul and we got to floor 100 in one run, and 80 in the other (had to exit before 100 though). We also got 3 cotton purses and 1 linen. That plus the single you get from some NMs gave us a split of Alexandrite that was worth 48 for me.

My daily AR2 runs are typical. No surprises. Still have yet to get a Linen from a NQ boss in either zone.

As of this morning, I stand at 3674 Alexandrite turned in of the necessary 30k. That's not that bad considering I started farming the Salvage II zones 9 days ago. That means I am averaging about 400 Alexandrite per day. Given my schedule, that's pretty impressive. The grind will continue.

Neo Nyzul did provide me the other two T4 ZNM pops that I had needed. So when I get to that stage, I just have to go kill the T4s for the rare/ex pop items. That's a while away for sure.

There's enough things to do with Salvage, Nyzul, and Dynamis that it is pretty easy to predict what I am going to be doing when I am logged in.

Thanks for reading!

Neo Nyzul

I'm getting the hang of this event!

I only had a variable amount of time last night and I did not want to be stuck in Salvage if I had to log out, so I decided to do Neo Nyzul. I had a LS mate come with who had never done the event before. We set destinations to floor 40 and got to floor 20 and 40 on the 1st run, and only floor 20 on the 2nd.

We had numerous ??? items and while most were standard fare (one nice RNG i119 bow dropped and went to my LS mate), there were a couple of cotton coin purses (5 and 17 alex respectively), there was, however, one very important item that was a Buffalo Corpse, the pop item for T4 ZNM Sarameya.

I filed that into the delivery box right away for future use. In all the Alex from the two runs, I ended up with 47.

Not bad!

This same LS Mate also hooked me up with some Bronzepieces he had left over from one of his dynamis farming sessions - for free! I also purchased some Bynes from him as well that were in his Bazaar, but that was very very kind of him! And this morning, I noticed some more Bronze in my delivery box.

This morning I did my daily ARII run and made sure to let the Ramparts pop gears. This added likely 30 Alex to my run that I had been foregoing. Not anymore!

Linen only gave me 55 though so my total Alex for the run was 112.

I then enlisted a LS Mate to help me with some Khon pops in hopes I could get the abjuration for Amalric Nails. Unfortunately, we wiped on the 1st one (wrong trust combination - I forgot at the time you should have some form of ranged damage for his shields) and the 2nd and 3rd ones did not drop it.

My friend was on PLD and I was on BLU. We used Semih Lafihna, Prishe II, Shantotto II, and Apururu as trust compliments. He back tanked and did a great job.

After those attempts, back to Neo Nyzul!

I did two more Neo Nyzul runs this time solo. I set my destination to floor 60.

Run #1 I got to fight the floor 40 and floor 60 boss. I got 1.8k tokens and between drops in the zone and from appraised items I got 2 cotton coin purses. One appraised item was Singed Buffalo, the pop for Tyger.

That's 2/3 of the T4 ZNM pops I need for the final stage of the Mythic quest!

Run #2 I also set for floor 60 and I managed to make it again. Only a Cotton Purse dropped from floor 60, and I got another one from appraisal again.

After turning in my Alex to Paparoon, I now stand at 2,129 Alex, and 41,693 Nyzul tokens.

24 hour plan

Still no Stage 3 shield from Switchstix. Pretty much my daily routine is 2-3 salvages, 2-3 neo nyzuls, and other things that need to be done.

Nice to cross another landmark with Alexandrite by crossing 2k. I have been now gathering from Tier 2 Salvage for 6 total days. This means at this rate I will finish Alex in just under 3 months. That's not bad, but obviously I will try to beat this time if I can.

My goal is to have 3k turned in by tomorrow night.

Dynamis farming and progress

Making two ultimate weapons simultaneously means I need to divide my already busy schedule further when in game. The hardest part about Dynamis farming, however, is that I must set aside up to a 2 hour block to maximize my efficiency.

I do most of my farming in Dynamis - Valkurm. There is a great spot to the western half of the map near where a few of the 5th time extension pop spots are.

I use blu/dnc and I lock my Chaac belt on and set Treasure Hunter in with my other DD spells. I call Joachim, Ulmia, and Apururu to keep me moving and swinging.

After getting time extensions, from 0:00 to 8:00 on the game clock, I go after Nightmare Flytraps. My typical JA cycle is to start with a step, then a flourish, then steps until I get the proc. Most of the time I get the proc on the 1st three, but there inevitably will be a mob who I will whittle down on swings without triggering a proc. Those are few and far between. After proc, I usually CDC or Sinker Drill to bring it down, then move on to the next mob. With the trusts, I never have to rest or pause except to manage inventory. I have taken to just leaving the -1, accessories, and rare/ex nm pops in my MH so I don't have to worry about managing inventory while farming. Usually I can get 90+ currency from them before having to move on to Hippogryphs from 8:00 to 16:00. They were a little stingy for me this morning but still quick kills. Then I move north and kill treants who typically drop very well for me. This morning I farmed a total of 1 hour 15 minutes and got a combined total of 422 currency.

After filling a few stacks of singles from the AH, I traded in for 100 pieces and now sit at 20/20 Whiteshells, 16/20 100 Bynes, and 10/20 Silverpieces for stage 4. I have enough gil saved up to purchase all remaining currency for stage 4.

I just have to get the Attestation as well. Shouldn't be an issue.

I also forgot which day exactly I turned in my stage 3 items last week so I keep checking with Switchstix each session but the guy keeps telling me how impatient I am. I should be! I've never made a relic before so I am a bit giddy to do so.

Salvage/Mythic

After yesterday's Neo Nyzul morning runs, I stuck to salvage for more Alex. My goal this morning was to cross 2k turned in. Unfortunately last night's ARII run did not give me a usual amount of Alex. The Linen only gave me 55, and I only got 20 dropped from other mobs. It was my fault that I forgot the ramparts on the 5th floor can pop triple gears, and I had only let one of them use reinforcements. That won't happen again when I go later today.

I did 2 SSRII this morning and still 0/many on getting 2 linens in 1 run. Between both runs' regular Alex and Linen, I got 225 Alex.

24 hour Plan

I now sit at 1902 Alexandrite. I plan on hitting ARII tonight, then another SSR2 in the morning followed by a few Neo Nyzuls. I am at 36k tokens so just need to chip away at that as I farm Alex.

I am going to check again to see if my Stage 3 is ready. If it is, I will go on a spending spree and hit Dynamis Beaucedine for the attestation. Once I have a stage 4, it will feel real close and perhaps I will prioritize a Dynamis farming session each morning. Since I only need Silverpieces for stage 5, I will sell the bynes and whiteshells I get in Valkurm and use the gil to stock up on Silverpieces.

After checking my blu magic damage set, I really want some Amalric Nails. They would be a huge improvement over my current Manabyss Pigaches. I would go with path D augments for a total change of +2 INT, +19 MAB, and +10 magic damage. That will make my Subductions in Salvage do more damage! Plus, I remember helping a LS mate farm the abjuration from Khon and I think I can pull it off as well with trusts.

I am hoping that, after having almost 1/15 of the Alexandrite I need turned in, I continue to enjoy this process. I'm used to the FFXI grind such as having to repeat the Tenzen fight a bunch of times before I got Ginsen and many many other times in my playing time I am sure. Still, it is always nice to get closer and closer.

Mythic/Relic Progress

As of this morning, and after about 5 days of actually steadily working on Aegis and Burtgang, here is where I stand.

Aegis

Still waiting to receive the actual stage 3 shield from Switchstix.
19/20 Whiteshells, 15/20 Hundred Byne, 9/20 Silverpieces

To do: Farm more currency (blu/dnc is awesome rotating through mobs in Valkurm with JA procs. Using BRD trusts, I can easily walk out of Dynamis with up to 600 total currency)
Obtain attestation from Goublefaupe

Plan/Outlook: I am waiting to have the actual stage 3 shield in my possession before I head out to Beaucedine to get the attestation. Shouldn't be a big deal. I should be ready to turn in stage 4 in a week or less. I plan on farming more currency in Dynamis Valkurm and once I have all the bynes and shells I need, I will AH them and use the gil to buy Silverpieces.

Burtgang

1602 of 30,000 Alexandrite turned in
36,244 of 150,000 Nyzul Tokens earned
Balrahn's Eyepatch turned in
2/50 Assaults

To do: Alexandrite and tokens

Plan/Outlook: There is a Neo-Nyzul campaign going on right now and I am using that to get my Nyzul tokens. I go on blu/thf and if I don't get hung up on lamp floors, I can usually climb 8-10 floors and exit. I set my destination to floor 40 and usually can get the floor 20 boss and if I am lucky, also the floor 40 boss. I plan on doing 2-3 of these per day for 3k+ tokens through the campaign. Once the campaign ends if I still need tokens, I will revert to regular Nyzul because you can earn more per run.

I am doing 2-3 Salvage IIs a day doing the 1 Arrapago II and 1 or 2 Silver Sea Remnants II. I can haul in 120 Alex on average per run and can do one run in 30-40 minutes. I have pretty much got both zones memorized and go on blu/thf with a Chaac belt locked on my waist for maximum drop potential.

Today's accomplishments: Still 0/a lot on double linen coin purse runs, but have gotten 1 cotton and 1 linen a few times now. I upgraded some of my magic pieces for BLU including getting a 2nd Gaboxorea and putting 2 Airlixir +2s on it. I also got my 2 Psycloth pieces to level 12. My last Salvage before these upgrades I was doing about 2663 with Subduction on most mobs. I hope these upgrades will let me kill them in one less cast for more efficient salvage runs.

Catching up with content

When I logged in for the first time in over 2 years, I found myself in Ceizak on PLD/THF. I had probably finished a Reive or something I couldn't recall.

I won't go into each detail of what I have done since but I can do a summary of what I did complete.

November

* Did Trust quests (this was probably one of the main reasons I decided to rejoin this game)
* Completed Rhapsodies of Vana'deil quests
* Used skirmish and alluvion skirmish to get armor and gear after getting an understanding of item level.
* Participated in reives, wildskeeper reives, etc. for more gear.
* Tried out Unity, Hard Mode Mission battles, etc.

December

* Escha fights
* Completed all Delve areas and purchased/upgraded/received a bunch of gear.
* Got my BLU out of the closet and learned some new spells.
* Got my PLD and BLU to a respectable level in terms of gear.
* Amassed a small fortune in selling stuff and using sparks.
* Got Claidheamh Soluis, full Taeon armor, and 4/5 Acro armor (minus Head) and spent a good deal of time and gil augmenting them with respectable augments.
* 119'd relic and artifact pieces on BLU and PLD that would be most useful.

January

* Decided it was time to do something significant and become a relic owner.
* Decided that wasn't nuts enough and wanted to become a mythic owner as well.
* Salvage...Nyzul...Assault..rinse and repeat

That should pretty much bring you up to speed!

Introduction and history

Thank you for locating my blog and for your interest. I notice there are some FFXI blogs out there that for the most part are more entertaining and probably more insightful.

I play FFXI on the Cerberus server until the name "Jeffil". Why this name? At the time I created it, it stood for "Jeff in life", but eh. I wish I chose a better name to be honest :)

I figured I would first tell you a bit about myself and my history with the world of Final Fantasy XI.

I have been a pretty consistent but still off-and-on FFXI player since the game was released in the US. My friend bought it for me as a gift for my 24th birthday in 2004. I started the game and played it for a few months a bit at a time. I enjoyed the feel and died a lot. No biggie. Eventually like other players, I managed to find friends from xp parties, we did missions, we flagged up for leveling, etc.

Once I reached level 30, I immediately wanted to become a Paladin. Of the extra jobs this one stood out to me as very well balanced and I was always impressed when our xp party had a Paladin tank. I also remembered, "level your other jobs to 37 so you can use them as support jobs for your mains". So I stuck Warrior out to 37 and once I dinged it in Garlaige(Garbage), I set off on my quest to become a Paladin.

I literally only played the Paladin job for 2 years while still taking regular breaks from the game from time to time. When I got to around level 58 I was invited to a ToAU party but did not have the expansion. I also did not have the Chains of Promathia expansion. At this point I was hooked on the game.

I played pretty consistently for the 2007-2010 period on the Hades server and joined a Dynamis shell, a Limbus shell, and a Sky shell. This provided me with lots of experience not just on Paladin, but also encouraged me to level other jobs. I started with Warrior to 75, then Black Mage to 75 (although solo on pet mobs - remember that blms?). I joined statics for Nyzul, Einherjar, and even Nation Mission lines. I had a wonderful and exciting time and my favorite memories are from our Sunday morning static that did things like missions, quests, bcs, and the like.

Near the middle of 2009, I joined the HNM LS DaFunk and had a great year with them. I will say though I do not miss camping things and waiting for pop windows.

Hades closed in 2010 and our server merged with Cerberus. Abyssea came out a short time later and I took my first extended break at this point.

I rejoined right when the last Abyssea expansion came out and noticed most of my linkshells went poof except my social shell MXCMercenaries. I jumped in and worked with them in Abyssea and managed to get 90 Almace and 90 Ochain along with leveling Blue Mage to 99 and doing trial weapons. I also got +2 empy armor for all four of my main jobs and again in general had a blast. When Seekers of Adoulin was released, I had to give up the game due to time and job constraints. I still bought the expansion though and played with it for a week or two before my cancellation.

In 2015, I participated in the return home login campaign in November. A good in game friend of mine also partook and we did most of the Rhapsodies of Vana'deil missions through to chapter 3. When I noticed all of the quality of life bonuses you get for doing these, I was hooked again. After the login campaign, I officially resubscribed.

This blog will cover my exploits and goings on in game on Cerberus and my foray through the 2 years of content I had missed since 2013.
